We wrote earlier this month with the complete schedule of cruises from Galveston through April 2021. Happily, Carnival has since updated their schedule. Even better, there is great news for cruisers from Texas. The Carnival 2021 Galveston schedule is expanding. Carnival will offer cruises on 4 different ships on a wider variety of itineraries.

Carnival presently sails 3 ships from Galveston. The Carnival Dream sails four and five night routes, and the Freedom and Vista offer seven night cruises. The Carnival Freedom is presently scheduled to sail from Galveston until May 2021. Carnival has announced that ship will be re-deployed.

The Carnival Vista will continue to sail seven night cruises from Galveston. Carnival Dream will also continue sailing from Galveston. However, the Dream’s itineraries will change. She presently offers 4 and 5 night cruises to Mexico. The Dream will instead offer 6 and 8 night cruises. The 8 night cruises will visit Carnival’s private island– Half Moon Cay.

Two new ships will be joining the Galveston fleet. The Carnival Breeze, which previously sailed from Galveston, will return. The Breeze will offer a series of short cruises to Mexico. Finally, the Carnival Radiance will join the Galveston fleet. Those will include some 9 night cruises with a partial transit of the Panama Canal. The Carnival 2021 schedule from Galveston looks exciting. Follow us here at Galveston Cruise Reviews for all the later updates.
